Before you begin your FITT Quest, we start with a comprehensive "analysis" which includes strength test, flexibility test, measurements and hydrostatic body fat test.

The FITTness Continuum
A program that will change your life

Our personal trainers will coach you through Steps 1 through 3. When completed, you will move to the Maintenance Program at an advanced level. The Maintenance Program are Steps 1 through 3 but at higher levels, so you continue to see steady results. At the maintenance level, maximum fitness is attained and sustained!

STEP 1
Strength Conditioning

Build strength to develop a solid foundation.

 

STEP 2
Balance and Coordination

Continue to build strength and cardio through balance and coordination exercises.

 

STEP 3
Advanced Training

Building on Steps 1 and 2, develop customized training methods to achieve for FITTness goals!

 

STEP 4
Maintenance Program

Once your goals are achieved, you need to maintain your FITTness.  Our trainers will repeat Steps 1 through 3 at higher, more challenging levels.  YOU WILL NEVER BE BORED!

As part of the initial consultation, we perform a comprehensive fitness evaluation, aimed at uncovering your true fitness level...and your true fitness potential.

We start with head-to-toe measurements...your arms, forearms, chest, shoulders, hips, waist, et al. We take you through a series of exercises, including chest, leg and shoulder presses, lat pull downs and more to determine your strength and rate of perceived exertion. Then we do a three site caliper test. And conduct blood pressure testing. We can even employ the use of hydrostatic body fat analysis as part of our evaluation. It's the "gold standard" for body fat analysis used by professional and world-class athletes world-wide. And we think you're worth it.

Once we've analyzed your fitness level, we set about crafting a personalized plan for you, taking into consideration your age, flexibility, condition and goals. But we don't stop there. After we devise your plan, we work with you in a personalized setting, coaching you and helping you through the workout so you can accomplish your goals. We even offer certified massage therapist services to help you work out those kinks.

All our training programs include three scheduled sessions per week, complete daily workout planning, goal setting, strength and cardiovascular conditioning and diet consultation. Our workouts use a combination of cardiovascular equipment, Eagle Cybex, free weights, Swiss balls, exercise tubing and other training materials.

No two people are alike. And no two workouts are alike. Guaranteed. In fact, we offer more than 10,000 different program combinations, virtually avoiding program boredom or the prospect of peaking and experiencing diminishing results.

Of course, if you're looking for a cookie-cutter environment with boring three-a-week workouts, we can direct you to one of those chrome-and-steel health club chains.
